Material :
- 2 liters of clean water
- 200 gr grilled ginger (minced)
- 3 grains of cloves
- 100 grams of brown sugar (finely combed)
- 2 cm cinnamon
- white sweet condensed milk to taste
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Boil water with cinnamon, ginger and cloves over medium heat
- Wait until boiling and then enter the brown sugar and granulated sugar into the boiling water
- Stir the stew ingredients that have boiling until the sugar is completely dissolved
- Turn off the heat and carefully lift and let stand for 5 minutes
